About Project
Residential landscaping project including plantings around home and other buildings including specialty services such as installing steel edge on all beds and special river gravel in some beds. The client had an old schoolhouse moved to the property for repurposing as additional gathering space. The landscaping reflects and complements the antique, historic nature of the building and keeps the focus on the 180-degree view of the Appalachian Mountains.
Challenges & Solutions
The client requested a special stone for landscape beds that was hauled from the Charlottesville area. Stone was stockpiled on the site after the driver finally found the remote site.
