About Project
The landscape team at Waynesboro Landscape and Garden Center took care of the heavy lifting to ensure the new Sheetz Store would look it’s best! Collectively our guys spent 300-man hours to accomplish the job!
Our crew installed over 3,000 square feet of sod allowing the location to have an instant green space. Sod installation is incredibly fast in establishing turf compared to planting grass seed.
22 Trees were planted that will provide shade and will help keep customers and vehicles cool. In addition to the 22 trees, 175 assorted shrubs where also planted.
And to help retain moisture and minimize water usage we spread about 10,000 square feet of weed mat covered by hardwood mulch.

Outcome
To complete the project and lower maintenance of the plantings an irrigation system was installed that can be easily controlled by onsite staff.
